Starter Consignment Rate
Golden Eagle Auction keeps 30% commission of the final selling price.
Minimum commission: $10 per sold item.
We currently do not accept items expected to sell for less than $20.
How It Works

Submit your item for review.
Send us the item details, condition, photos if available, and what you believe the item is worth. -
We decide if it is suitable.
Golden Eagle Auction may accept or refuse items based on value, condition, size, demand, safety, and storage space. -
We inspect, photograph, and list approved items.
We inspect items to the best of our ability, take photos, and prepare the auction listing. -
We advertise your approved products.
Golden Eagle Auction may promote approved consignment items through our website, customer base, social media, or other advertising channels. -
You are welcome to advertise too.
If you would like to share or advertise your own listed products, you are more than welcome to help promote them. -
You receive payout 1 week after Auction Day.
Payout is issued 1 week after Auction Day to allow time for payment clearing, pickup, returns, disputes, or item issues if there are any.
Commission Examples
Our starter rate is 30% commission with a $10 minimum commission per sold item.

Items We Do Not Accept Right Now
Large items may be accepted in the future, but not right now due to limited space.

- ❌ Very heavy items
- ❌ Dirty, unsafe, damaged, or unsellable items
- ❌ Counterfeit, recalled, illegal, restricted, or unsafe products
- ❌ Items with mold, strong odours, bugs, or water damage
Minimum Item Value
We do not accept items that are expected to sell for less than $20. This helps cover the time required for inspection, photos, listing, advertising, storage, and pickup.
As-Is Auction Sales
Items are sold as-is/where-is unless otherwise stated. Golden Eagle Auction inspects items to the best of our ability.
Payout Timing
Consignor payout is issued 1 week after Auction Day to allow time for payment clearing, pickup, returns, disputes, or item issues if there are any.
Important Consignment Terms
- Item Approval: Golden Eagle Auction reserves the right to accept or refuse any item for any reason.
- Advertising: Golden Eagle Auction may advertise approved consignment items. Consignors are also welcome to advertise or share their own listed products.
- Condition Disclosure: Consignors must disclose all known damage, defects, missing parts, or issues before the item is accepted.
- Pre-Existing Damage: Golden Eagle Auction is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, missing parts, or issues not disclosed by the consignor.
- Ownership: The consignor confirms they legally own the item or have full permission to sell it.
- Payment Timing: Payout is issued 1 week after Auction Day, once the buyer pays and the sale has cleared.
- Buyer Non-Payment: No payout is issued if the buyer does not pay.
- Returns / Issues: Returns, disputes, chargebacks, damaged item claims, or buyer issues may delay or reduce payout.
- Unsold Items: Unsold items may be relisted, bundled, reduced, or returned to the consignor at Golden Eagle Auction’s discretion.
- Storage: Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days after notice. Items not picked up may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
