Important Skid / Pallet Auction Terms
All skids and pallets are sold as bulk liquidation lots with no refunds, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees.
Golden Eagle Auction does not guarantee exact retail value, item count, working condition, or resale profit. Skids are sold as mixed bulk merchandise lots.
Buyers are encouraged to look closely at the pictures of each skid before bidding. By bidding, the buyer accepts the risk of bulk liquidation merchandise.
Buyer is responsible for pickup, loading, transportation, straps, vehicle size, and bringing help if needed.
