By registering for an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, rules, and policies outlined below and throughout this website.

1. Account Registration and Maintenance
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your account details updated, including your phone number, email, and address.
Accounts found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or removed until verification is completed.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account.
Government-issued photo ID is required for every pickup. No ID = No Pickup. No exceptions.
We do not store or share customer financial data (e.g., debit/credit card numbers). Stored personal data includes only name, address, email, and phone number, and will never be shared unless required by law.

2. Auction Participation and Payments
Placing a bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder when the auction closes.
A 10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids, and 13% HST is applied to the combined total.

Debit
E-transfer (EMT)
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard only; Amex not accepted)
Note: Credit card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee on the total order. We recommend cash, debit, or e-transfer to avoid this fee.
E-checks and prepaid cards are not accepted.
All orders must be paid and picked up by the posted deadline. Failure to comply will result in: Account suspension
15% restocking fee on the invoice total
Forfeiture of items
Suspended accounts will only be reinstated once restocking fees are paid in full.

3. Anti-Bot & Automation Policy
The use of bots, scripts, or automation tools to place bids or participate in auctions is strictly prohibited, unless authorized due to a disability.
Customers requiring automation tools for accessibility must contact us in advance to ensure compliance.
Unauthorized use of such tools will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Item Descriptions, Returns & Warranty
All items are sold “As-Is” unless otherwise specified.
Returns are only accepted if: The item qualifies under our warranty policy.
A Return Authorization Form is properly completed and approved.
The item is returned in original packaging and condition, by the warranty deadline.
Descriptions are based on staff inspection and may reference retail sites — accuracy is not guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for researching items before bidding. Returns for buyer’s remorse or overbidding are not accepted.
Large or fragile items (e.g., TVs) must be inspected at pickup. Refusing inspection voids any warranty related to physical damage or defects caused during transport.

5. Operational Policies
Inventory is sourced from truckloads of retail returns, shelf pulls, or consignors. 100% Of The inventory is owned by Golden Eagle Auction.
Invoices must be paid in full before any items leave the premises.
Partial payments and invoice splitting are not allowed. Multiple payment methods are accepted, but if a credit card is used, the 2% fee applies to the entire invoice.
Failure to pay or pick up by the deadline will result in restocking fees, storage fees, forfeiture, and account suspension.

6. Website and Content Usage
All content on this site (including text, images, logos, and graphics) is property of Golden Eagle Auction and protected by copyright laws.
Terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice — it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

7. Legal and Compliance
All sales are subject to Ontario’s 13% HST.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring products comply with Canadian Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) regulations.
Disputes may be subject to legal action or collections and waive the right to trial by jury.

8. Platform Integrity
Golden Eagle Auction reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or disqualify any auction item, bidder, or account at any time without notice.
