Payment & Pickup Information
When is payment due?
Payment is due by the deadline listed in each auction catalog. Generally, you have five days to complete payment and pick up your items — from Tuesday to Saturday following the auction.
Pickup Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 3PM
Closed: Sunday

What happens if I miss payment or pickup?
Unfortunately, no exceptions are made for missed pickups or unpaid orders. If you fail to pay or pick up by the deadline:
Your items will be forfeited.
A 15% restocking fee (based on your total order amount) will apply.
Your account will be automatically suspended.
A strike will be added to your account.
➡️ To reinstate your account, you must pay the restocking fee (items are still forfeited).
⚠️ Three strikes = Permanent ban.
❗ Attempting to create a new account to avoid penalties will result in immediate permanent suspension.

Do you offer shipping?
No, shipping is not available. All items are pickup only at our facility located at:

How do I pay?
Payments are accepted in person at our warehouse. We accept:
Cash
Debit
Credit Card (except Amex) — Note: 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments
E-transfer (must be confirmed before item release)
💳 Credit Card Note: All credit card payments (partial or full) are subject to a 2% processing fee, applied after the buyer’s premium and before tax.

If someone else is picking up your order, please inform us in advance via our website messaging system.

How are payments calculated?
Our site is free to join and bid. If you win, you pay:
Winning bid amount
10% buyer’s premium
13% HST
💡 Example (no credit card):
Winning bids total: $50
10% buyer’s premium: $55
13% HST: $62.15 total
💡 Example (with credit card):
Winning bids total: $50
10% buyer’s premium: $55
2% credit surcharge: $56.10
13% HST: $63.39 total

What if I no longer want an item I won?
If you decide at pickup that you no longer want an item, a 15% restocking fee (applied after premium and tax) will be charged.
✅ Refusals are only allowed at the time of pickup — once you leave, the sale is final.
⚠️ Note: Restocking fees do not apply to items covered under our warranty and return policy.
💡 Example:
If you won an item for $30, the restocking fee would be $5.59.

Important info for picking up large or fragile items
For large, fragile, or expensive items (e.g., TVs):
We require an in-person inspection before you leave.
Our staff will unbox and demonstrate the item for you to ensure you are satisfied with its condition.
Once these items leave our premises, they are no longer covered for damage or defects caused by handling or transport.
➡️ You can decline inspection, but this will void warranty coverage.
🚗 Bring help if you are picking up heavy or oversized items. We are not responsible for damage during loading or transport.

What if I can’t pick up on time?
We do not allow late pickups. Due to limited storage and continuous incoming stock, orders not picked up on time are forfeited.
If you cannot make it:
Send someone on your behalf.
Notify us via our website before they arrive.
Either e-transfer the payment or ensure they are prepared to pay on pickup.

Can I book a pickup time?
No, we operate first-come, first-served. Due to high demand, pickup appointments are no longer available.

What should I bring for pickup?
Government-issued photo ID is required to claim any order. No exceptions.
If someone else is picking up for you:
Inform us in advance via website messaging.
They must bring their photo ID.
They must either pay on-site or ensure payment has been e-transferred and confirmed.
